Runners wanted for Research project

I’m conducting the research around beetroot and a new form of beetroot juice without the same taste, and the effect it has on endurance performance. I’m looking for trained endurance runners from 800m up to the marathon to take part. It will  involve five visits to Sunderland University, where participants will perform VO2max, running economy and lactate threshold tests. These tests are a great to have as they will give runners some great insight into how well training is going, what needs to be improved on and what strengths they have. It is also a great tool to use for training information in regards to training zones and intensities and would normally cost around £300 per test!
